1- The items for sale on this webstore are intended to be sold as collectibles. It is not recommended that these items be purchased for children to play with. If any item(s) are purchased for the purpose of playing with, please follow any and all manufacturer directions and safety guidelines. Hub City Toys cannot be held responsible for how you choose to use your product and/or any subsequent effects.
2- We cannot be held responsible for any items that are shipped without appropriate insurance and tracking options. If any item becomes damaged and/or lost in transit that is not appropriately insured, no refund will be given.
3- If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase contact us as soon as possible for a full refund of your item(s) original purchase price (minus shipping costs). You have 5 days from the day you receive your item to contact us and arrange for your refund. Refunds will only be issued if the purchased item(s) are returned in the exact condition they were in prior to your purchase. This means that if, while in your possession, the item(s) are subject to any damage, no refund will be issued. All of our inventory is thoroughly archived and photographed for stock and comparative purposes, and this information will be utilized to determine if a refund will be granted.
4- Your personal information will only be used to process your order, and will not be shared, distributed, sold or marketed to any other businesses or agencies. We respect and honour your right to privacy, and therefore will only use your personal information for sale and shipment processing.
