Also, please take time to review our eCrater feedback. Also, when paying by PayPal, buyer and seller protection is offered and standard on all transactions. We are more than willing to work with you to resolve any dissatisfaction.

What are your shipping policies and procedures?
All merchandise will be shipped out on the weekends. Insurance and tracking is highly recommended for all transactions of $50 or more. Combined shipping when making multiple purchases is also available. We ship to most countries in the world. Please email if you have any further questions. Please be aware that we are shipping from Canada, and the shipping calculator is based on USPS rates; which are very comparable. If it costs LESS to ship your items than what was originally estimated, we will refund the difference to you. We do NOT attempt to profit from shipping charges. If you prefer, we can email you an invoice before making a payment, so you will know the exact amount to send (This can be beneficial when making multiple purchases).

How long have you been involved in the action figure industry?
I have been buying/selling/trading a variety of modern and vintage action figures and collectibles for the past 7 years. This website and its' products represent my passion for iconic toy lines and entrepreneurialism. Additionally, we are also collectors, and understand the importance of honest product descriptions and expedient customer service.

I don't agree with some of your prices. Do you take offers?
Generally, we are open to offers on most of our listed products. However, any agreed upon products and final prices will need to be purchased through this webstore in order to ensure a safe transaction.

How do you grade your items?
We grade our items using the "c" scale. "C" stands for "circulated;" meaning the item was at some point, removed from its' original packaging. It is rare that you will see a product on our site that is below a c7 rating. Here is a breakdown of what the product ratings mean based on thier numbers: c9+ to c9: Perfect or near perfect condition. Generally, these items look unused or present with extremely minor defects (usually factory-originated defects). c8.5+ to c8.0: Excellent condition with noticable wear and/or looser limbs. Damage does not detract from overall appearance. Most circulated items tend to fall into this category. c7.5+ to c7.0: Good condition with more noticable playwear, looser limbs and/or paint damage. Overall, damage is more pronounced but the item is still displayable.

Is local pick-up/delivery an option?
Yes, we will work with you to make your purchase as convenient as possible. Pick-up is not optional, however arrangments can be made to meet and/or deliver your purchase to you.

I am a local/provincial buyer, how can I pay for my purchase?
Please use the Ecrater check-out section as directed. Pick the "Money order" option as a payment method. Once we receive your purchase order, we will finalize the total cost with PST incorporated. We will then send you an official invoice, at which that time you can choose to pay via paypal. If you would prefer to pay by money order or cash, Please do not do so until you have received your invoice.

What happened to the pre-order section??
The pre-order section of our website was recently removed due to a request from Ecrater. However, we still have access to 1,000's of items via collector forums and distributors in Canada and the USA. Please email me if there are items you are looking for that you do not see advertised and we will order them for you!!
